Delivery Information

After receiving the order, the delivery cost is calculated individually.

The order contains an approximate calculation of the delivery cost.

Once prices are calculated, shipping costs will be adjusted in the order. Delivery costs can be viewed in your personal account in the orders section.

Shortages
Please report shortages within 3 days of receipt of goods.

Damages
Please report damaged goods immediately and save the original packaging in the event that a claim is filed.
